Downloading or installing unauthorized software or engaging in activities that compromise network security is strictly prohibited.

Employees must adhere to data security protocols to protect sensitive information. Regularly update passwords and avoid sharing login credentials. Report any suspicious activity or potential security threats immediately.
Network Usage:
Use of the company network for illegal or non-work-related activities is strictly prohibited. Bandwidth-intensive activities should be minimized to ensure optimal network performance for business operations.

Intellectual Property:

6. Enforcement:
Violations of these policies may result in disciplinary action, ranging from verbal warnings to termination, depending on the severity and recurrence of the offense. Yana Technology reserves the right to revise or update these policies as needed.
7. Acknowledgment:
All employees in the IT, Graphics, and Website Design departments are required to read, understand, and acknowledge receipt of this policy. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action. This policy is effective as of 01.01.2024 and is subject to periodic review and updates.
